I'm talking about the second video with the dog and person with black and white face paint staring at each other.
The first video shows a natural water drain appearing in a flooded area, which is an indication of something far worse and sinister beneath the surface. it's a sink hole, which could collapse at any second and swallow the kids mesmerized by the natural drain. I wouldn't stand anywhere near that thing.
