Honda Magna V45 1982 Carburetors

Dear George. My name is Ivan and Iam from Russia. I have motorcycle Honda Magna V45 vf750c. On it moto are installed carbs Keihin VD . I can not find anywhere else cutaway or cross-section of this carbs and good explanation with scheme how they work . Can you help me with this ? And my last question is : If I screws all pilots until it seats , engine will shut down or it must continue to work ? Thank you ahead.

Sorry it took so long to reply to your message.

The engine should shut down if the pilot screws are turned in all the way. The correct initial pilot screw adjustment for a 1982 Honda 750 Magna is 2-3/4 turns. You want to turn the pilot screw in all the way until it lightly seats, than back it out 2-3/4 turns. There is more adjustment to fine tune the carburetors, but it requires a tachometer.

thus rotating the screw, I'll turn off all of the 4 cylinders?
