I don't know this information. These vacuum controlled fuel pumps are driven by the positive and negative pressures from the engine crankcase.

A good indicator of a working fuel pump is to disable the engine, remove the fuel line from the carburetor, than crank the engine over and watch the fuel flow coming out of the fuel line. Gas should flow out of the fuel line, so be prepared to catch the fuel and use all safety precautions to avoid a fire.
