Running Is A Good Way To Get In Shape

I was told running or jogging became more popular in America in the 1960's. Here's an educational film "produced in the 1960's" about jogging and its health benefits. I think the film was actually produced after 1970, because some of the cars seen in the video are 70's vehicles. Anyway, the point is jogging is good for you and an excellent type of exercise.

One area the video doesn't talk about are the mental health benefits of jogging. If you jog or run correctly it will make high, and it doesn't need to be difficult to get this affect. Even slow jogging will make you high, and it's a healthy high that improves your mood and is good for you, unlike drinking alcohol or smoking dope that will eventually cause sickness and disease. Maybe Benjamin Netanyahu and the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, should go jog together.  ;D
