If an airlines number one priority is diversity for flight crews, can that airlines maintain the highest level of safety and customer satisfaction? If your not hiring the most qualified people, then how is that possible?
An all black airline crew is considered diverse, and celebrated as you can see in this ad. It really shows the true definition of diversity, which really is a standard to replace as many white males from the work force as you can, even if it means all of them. It's just racial discrimination. It overlooks a person's ability in exchange for the right skin color or sex. If the same diversity standard was applied to the highest levels of corporate upper management the celebration and discrimination would stop, but how do you force diversity standards on corporate CEO's? CEO's and shareholders would not allow bad policy to be applied to them.
An example of bad policies being forced on those who support it are border states sending illegal immigrants to 'sanctuary cities' like New York and Chicago, where everyone can experience first hand the reality of the lefts 'feel good' illegal immigration policies, and the errors of their ways. New York City mayor just closed an entire public school to house illegal immigrants because their running out of resources to deal illegal immigration. The students and faculty at this school are forced to transition to online course work to be done at home, so illegal immigrants, who shouldn't be here in the first place, can live in their school building. Crazy!
The problem here is forced diversity and illegal immigration. Diversity laws need to be scrapped and burned out of existence, and immigration laws need to be enforced at every level of government. The America immigration system is not completely broken as leftist politicians like to tell you. It has problems, but the main problem is most immigration laws are not enforced by the same compulsive liars that tell you its completely broken. Change will not come soon because both forced diversity and illegal immigration is needed by the left in their war against traditional Americans.
I will never again use a commercial airlines for travel if I have other options. I just hope bus companies can take a break from transporting illegal immigrants around the country to deal with the increased demand when the public learns how airline pilots get their job.
