80 percent of Americans are overweight. Here is a list of things that will help you lose weight and it's healthy. Sickness caused from a bad diet is a real problem in America.

  • Stop eating sugar. That means all sugar including sugar added to your coffee and tea. Buy condiments like ketchup without added sugar. Stay away from sugar as much as you can.
  • Stop eating foods like bread and pasta. It turns to sugar when its digested
  • Choose slow carbohydrate vegetables, fruit and other foods. Choose foods like tomatoes, strawberry's, broccoli, mushrooms and spinach
  • Stay away from processed foods as much as you can. Absolutely eliminate snack foods like chips, cookies and soda drinks.
  • Stay way from all fast food restaurants
  • Exercise if you can

If your obese and you do the things on this list, then you will lose weight. I don't care if you eat a steaks and a whole rotisserie chicken for dinner every night, you will lose weight.

They're both illegal! It's amazing to me nobody in public life in a sanctuary city like NYC will refer to migrants as illegal immigrants, except for maybe Ann Coulter. They shouldn't be here and broke the law to get here, but New Yorker's refuse to call the problem what it is. They all know these 'migrants' are illegal, but they think it's more important how others view their words, then to call a spade a spade. They probably all say in public, "Nobody is illegal and borders shouldn't exist." Well, that idea created an unaffordable problem for NYC, and a group of them just beat up 2 NYPD officers 2 days ago, not to mention the other crimes committed by illegal immigrants like the 150 Americans murdered in 2024, and flipped off the entire state of New York and America after the courts released them without bale. Here's an example of a New Yorker calling a scooter what it really is, but can never bring himself to refer to migrants as illegal immigrants. You might think this isn't important, but it is. Language matters!

The United States plays the victim to leverage the 3 Americans killed in Jordan by terrorists for war, because politicians want war with Iran, but the same politicians do nothing to protect American citizens from illegal immigration even after 150 Americans have been killed by illegal immigrants in 2024. America has become so corrupt that nothing makes sense on the surface anymore, and innocent Americans will pay the price in blood and money.

A group of illegal immigrants beat up two NYPD police officers a few days ago in NYC. There has been a manhunt to apprehend and arrest these people ever since. Here are a few of them after being arrested and released without bail.

Finally, I find news about NYPD impounding scooters used by illegal immigrants in NYC. This happened because there is a manhunt for a group of illegal immigrants who attacked and beat up two NYPD police officers a few days ago.

Iceland is one of safest countries in the World to live, but why? They have no military, no nuclear weapons and very low crime. Consider this:
25 percent of their population are foreign migrants, and gun ownership in Iceland ranks #12 in the World.

So what makes Iceland so safe? It's a country with little to no racial diversity making it a high trust society. There is a scientifically proven link between demographics and trust in communities. The more racially diverse a community becomes, the less trust you have. The over whelming majority of migrants to Iceland are from other European countries and America. In other words, migrants are mostly White. Even though 32 out of every 100 people in Iceland own guns they aren't using them to commit crime. Police officers don't bother with carrying guns because crime is so low. Iceland has been ranked the safest country in the World for the past 15 years.

If having a largely monoethnicity society results in higher trust, lower crime and safer living conditions for everyone, then how can racial profiling when choosing who is allowed to immigrate to your country be evil or bad? How can basing an immigration policy on 'race' be a bad thing if it benefits the community? The answer is it's not bad or evil. Racism propaganda fed to people in the West for the past several decades is a complete con, and meant to imprison your mind in psychological chains, while your culture and homelands are taken from you.

Life in America could be like Iceland, and it was in the past, but now we are on a road to disaster. An area on the other side of 'safety.' Many areas in America now suffer from high crime. An example of this happened yesterday when a NYPD police officer experienced first hand the results of 'ethnic diversity' when he was beat up by a group of 3rd World illegal immigrants in 'sanctuary' city New York. America can't care for itself. American politicians refuse to enforce border laws, and American cities can't afford to house and feed the resulting flood of illegal immigrants crossing the border, so politicians are sending military troops and hardware to the Middle East to prepare for war with Iran. There are two Christians I know of who predict America's demise. The first person is Benjamin Baruch, who says America is Babylon the Great, and won't live to see a 2024 election. Baruch is an analyst and not a prophet, so he admits his time table could be off. An interesting fact about Benjamin Baruch, is he seems to have predicted COVID back in 2019. If you want to know more about him, look up his guest appearances on Coast to Coast AM radio program, particularly his October 1, 2023, appearance. The other person is Dumitru Duduman, a Romanian Christian immigrant to America who said he received a prophecy from God in 1984. An angel of God appeared to Duduman and told him America is like Sodom and Gomorrah whose sins have reached God, and we will be punished unless we repent. He was told major American cities will burn all across the country from California to New York, and a red flag to signal it's near is a revolt against the government. What I find so interesting about Dumitru Duduman is in 1984 it seemed impossible for any of his prophecy to come true. The probability of his prophecy happening has only improved as time goes on. It's as if all the pieces have been lining up since 1984 for the moment America is attacked and burns. From illegal immigration undermining America's security to America's war with Russia. To dual loyalty American politicians like Ilhan Omar, showing more loyalty to a foreign country than to America. To the great division we now see splitting America apart. To the dramatic demographic changes in America. To states like Texas revolting against the federal government.

I don't know for sure if these prophecies or predictions will come true, but I do think America will fall apart, and it's only a matter of time and how bad it will be.

I can't believe the people who are allowed to lead this country. Ilhan Omar is so bad, Ron Desantis is calling for her to be denaturalized and deported, which would be a good thing for Americans, but don't count on it. The people in control of our government are not concerned about whats in the best interest for America.
