Title: A Kawasaki Nomad 1600 gets beat up in The Walking Dead show
Post by: smallengineshop on March 16, 2023, 08:22:08 PM
A fight scene between characters Rick Grimes and Shane Walsh in The Walking Dead show, season 2 episode 10, uses a parked Kawasaki Nomad 1600 and a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Both motorcycles are made up to look like police cruisers. The Harley is never touched, but the Nomad gets thrown to the ground by Shane Walsh. What makes this scene interesting is an image of the Nomad before it is thrown to the ground shows the fender and mounting hardware for the windshield are bent and mangled. I don't know how many times it took to record this fight scene, but it was obviously more than once. I don't think they meant for the audience to notice the Kawasaki Nomad already has a bent and mangled front end.
