No! It's a Kawasaki KLR. Kawasaki made a motorcycle in 1990 that looked just like a Honda Transalp, but was really just a first generation KLR650 in different clothing. It was also renamed a Kawasaki KLR650-B or Tengai, instead the name, KLR650-A, for the traditional KLR. The bike had a very short life span in USA, as did the Honda Transalp. I'm not sure when the first model appeared in USA. I've seen 1989 and 1990, and I don't think it was around longer than 1 to 3 years.
