Title: MMI - Motorcycle Mechanics Insitute Early Days
Post by: smallengineshop on March 21, 2022, 04:23:52 PM
Here's an early photo of the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) building before it was purchased by Universal Technical Institute (UTI). This photo was part of an article or online post a few years ago, but I don't remember the details about the school. I know the school was located in Phoenix, AZ, and I believe the motorcycle repair program was around 10 weeks long and tuition was a few thousand dollars. You can see the second photo below shows how the building exists today. It's now a discount tool rental place.

Photo of the MMI school building before it was purchased by UTI. I'm guessing this photo was taken in the 1970's but not sure.
