Here is a photo of the Timex Ironman Rugged 30 watch instructions. There are several different Ironman watch models, but regardless of which model you have this will give you the basic knowledge of what functions Timex assigns to the watch buttons.
I'm posting this because I bought a new Timex Ironman watch and it didn't come with instructions, so I had to go online and search for them. I might as well post them here. It's not related to motorcycles, but there are many motorcyclists that use a Timex Ironman watch.
