13 Sins is a Horror Thriller movie released in 2014 and starring Mark Webber, Tom Boyer and Ron Perlman.

There is a good example scene in 13 Sins of how Hollywood almost never uses the correct sound for motorcycles or scooters. Hollywood sound people seem to almost always choose sounds that make the vehicle seem faster and more powerful than they really are. In this scene there are several scooters driving down a two way street at a slow speed. To give the scene a more dramatic effect, the scooter sounds are edited out and replaced with the sounds of Sport or Supersport  motorcycles. This makes the scooters seem fast and powerful, but in reality they probably can't go much faster than 40 mph and can't produce many more horsepower than whats needed to stir your coffee in the morning, but they sure sound fast. I don't know what brand scooters these actors and actresses are riding, but because this movie is cheap I would guess they are mostly Chinese scooters.
