How you can lose weight without starving or using drugs

80 percent of Americans are overweight. Here is a list of things that will help you lose weight and it's healthy. Sickness caused from a bad diet is a real problem in America.

  • Stop eating sugar. That means all sugar including sugar added to your coffee and tea. Buy condiments like ketchup without added sugar. Stay away from sugar as much as you can.
  • Stop eating foods like bread and pasta. It turns to sugar when its digested
  • Choose slow carbohydrate vegetables, fruit and other foods. Choose foods like tomatoes, strawberry's, broccoli, mushrooms and spinach
  • Stay away from processed foods as much as you can. Absolutely eliminate snack foods like chips, cookies and soda drinks.
  • Stay way from all fast food restaurants
  • Exercise if you can

If your obese and you do the things on this list, then you will lose weight. I don't care if you eat a steaks and a whole rotisserie chicken for dinner every night, you will lose weight.
