It wasn't too long ago when I thought all American judges were intelligent and noble people doing their best to apply the law fairly to every case, but that has been shattered. The crack in my perception first appeared around the time Supreme Court judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, couldn't define what a woman is, and now bad judges are coming out of the wood work on a daily basis. Here are some of these bad judges occupying American courts.

I think we are witnessing in real time the accuracy of this statement: "A house divided cannot stand."

Here is a judge that not only befriended an illegal alien criminal and Tren de Aragua gang member, but also allowed him to stay in his home. This is a weird case, and it wouldn't surprise me if there is a link between this judge and Tren de Aragua.


This judge is preventing Trump from withholding federal money from sanctuary cities. Boy, where was this judge when the Biden administration was using tax payer money to fly and bus illegals into America? He was no where to be found.


This judge is protecting a guy who vandalized Tesla vehicles causing $21,000 in damages.


Here is another judge using her position of power to protect illegal aliens.


Here is a judge who uses race as a factor in how he judges a case.

It's amazing how American judges are being used to protect illegal aliens, and are placing road blocks in front of Donald Trump's attempt to fix illegal immigration. At what point do traditional Americans realize voting won't make these problems go away, or playing by the rules won't fix anything? Good people allowed bad people to take us to this point, which is a point outside of the realm of a functional government that works as our founders intended. Our government is obviously not working if the Joe Biden administration can bring millions of illegals into the country, and nobody does anything to stop it, but as soon as a sitting president does his constitutional duty to stop it, judges rise up to oppose him. We are now ruled by people who pick and choose what rules and laws to follow. That should be obvious to everyone.

Small Engine & Motorcycle Repair Schools / AVOID Student Loans

Avoid getting heavily in debt to go to school. Why? Because the only reason banks are willing to loan so much money to so many students with no credit to attend school is because laws have stripped student loan borrowers of all rights, turning them into debt slaves. In other words, you can't get out from under these loans unless you pay them off or you die. I can't think of a better example of slavery and usury in modern America than the student loan scam allowed to happen by bad politicians to make the already wealthy even wealthier. 

Take a look at the tuition sheet for Universal Technical Institute, Avondale campus in Phoenix, Arizona. This school is growing, but their entire business model is based on student ability to get government backed student loans. The cost to learn Automotive repair is now $45,000 at this school. The amount of students who can't afford to attend this program without government backed student loans must be as high or higher than 99.9%. Sorry, but this school couldn't exist in it's present form without student loans. You can't blame the school for making money, but you can blame the politicians and banks for allowing this to happen.

This entire scam can't continue. The amount of money borrowed by students just keeps growing and it's now in the trillions of dollars. At some point something is going to break, and I'm willing to bet it's the tax payers and not those who profited from it (politicians, schools and lenders) who will get the bill.

I got to drive a couple of older GM vehicles equipped with a 3 speed manual transmission with column shifter. All the vehicles were manufactured in the 1960's. The shifter was located in the steering column, and the pattern was a complete mystery at first. Unlike a shifter located on the floor of the vehicle with the shifting pattern shown on the shifting knob, the shifting pattern on a column shifter is not displayed. You either have to figure it out on your own, or be told what the pattern is.

Many people today might think a 3 speed manual transmission doesn't have enough gears for modern driving, but they would be wrong. I drove these vehicles on city streets, highway, and even off road, and I never felt the transmission was inadequate.

A 3 speed manual transmission with a column shifter is something that will probably never be used again on cars and trucks. Even more traditional manual transmissions with floor shifters are disappearing on new vehicles. I guess people don't want to be bothered with the added task of manually shifting gears and operating a clutch to make the vehicle move forward or in reverse. Anyway, I'm glad I got to see and experience this part of automotive history and technology before it is completely wiped out of existence.

Everyone would agree it's amazing how things have changed in the last 2000 years, but do most people realize the same ancient hatred that killed Jesus Christ, and stoned early Christians to death 2000 years ago is still alive and well today? What has also remained true for 2000 years are the words of Jesus Christ: "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first."

We would all be astonished if we could see how hatred for Christianity drives so much of what we see today. The good news is that in spite of this hatred, Jesus Christ is risen!

When politicians and judges don't want to protect Americans from illegal alien criminals, then it's obvious something is terribly wrong in America. Chris Van Hollen will probably be elected again due to: demographic change and group self hatred. We are no longer a nation! Judge Boasberg, was nominated by Barrack Obama and is probably there for life. Because of people like this ruling over us, traditional Americans have lost self determination. We can no longer do what is in our best self interest. When will treason be treason again? When will laws be enforced? And if the ruling class doesn't respect our laws, then why should anyone else? Do you see where we are heading?

I agree with him, but what I don't understand is how Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi can be Catholic and big proponents of abortion. Why aren't they kicked out of the Catholic church when they refuse to repent and change? That certainly doesn't help to protect unborn children, or set a good example.

It might be a Yamaha Enduro.

There is a picture of John Oates, of the band Hall & Oates, sitting on a yellow Yamaha motorcycle with Daryl Hall standing next to him. The motorcycle is a 1979 Yamaha DT125 Enduro. Yamaha made 4 different size DT models in 1979: a 100cc, 125cc, 175cc and 250cc. As far as I can tell the 125 and 250 models were both yellow in 1979 and looked very similar, but if you look closely the first half of the exhaust pipe is on the right side of the engine on a 125 model, and on the left side of the engine on the 250 model. That's one way you can tell John Oates is sitting on a 125cc model and not the 250.

The Yamaha DT models were dual sport motorcycles powered by a single cylinder 2 stroke engine. I don't think the term "dual sport" was coined back than, so it was common to call this type of motorcycle "enduro," which means the motorcycle is designed to be ridden on and off the road. This was accomplished with a lighter weight motorcycle, lights and turn signals, longer travel suspension and toned down knobby tires. In 1979 all models except the 100cc model used a single shock rear suspension Yamaha called "monoshock." The Yamaha monoshock rear suspension was first used in 1973 on Yamaha competition motorcycles, but eventually made it's way to other types of motorcycles.

This type of motorcycle was very fun to ride, and the DT models sold very well for Yamaha. It's too bad EPA rules killed 2 stroke powered motorcycles, but I've heard of different technologies for 2 stroke engines that lower emissions, so maybe someday motorcycles like this will come back again.

Our military is probably full of people like this at every level, and in every branch of service after years of bad ideas and bad people in power. I think if America ever faces a powerful opponent the reality of losing that war is a real possibility.

Adam Schiff lied for years about Russian collusion (see second video). He lied about January 6, which resulted in good people being put in prison. He lied about Covid.

I can't believe he is still in government, and people take him serious, but here he is lying about corruption and insider trading.

Nobody paid a price for the Russian Collusion hoax. Everyone involved just walked away from it like it never happened. Even after an investigation concluded Hillary Clinton and her campaign was responsible. What more do you need to lock these people up? If that isn't a sign of corruption and decay, then I don't know what is.
