This is Nordstrom Topanga store in Canoga Park, California being looted. This happened within the last couple of days. No arrests and no punishment for the criminals. I don't even think the managers or employees are allowed to stop the looting, and there certainly isn't anyone that looks like security seen in the video. Does LAPD or Los Angeles Sheriff Department even show up anymore for looting? Looting must be lucrative, and low risk if you can't stop or punish the criminal, so don't expect this to go away any time soon.
Is this what the left means by progress?
